Air International secures 100% ownership of Air International Shanghai

Shanghai, China - Air International Thermal Systems is pleased to announce today the successful conclusion of negotiations with SAAE to secure the balance of ownership of the Shanghai, China operations and its satellite sites.
Air International will increase its share from 50% ownership to 100% thus taking full control of Air International Shanghai Ltd.
As part of its expansion plan in China, Air International will concentrate this business along with its other joint venture business in China, South Air International, exclusive on the automotive market working both with domestic and international automotive OEMs in the China market.
